Wildix Field Engineer | Basic technical training (W-FE)

During this training, we will cover hardware, system architecture and deployment methodologies, installation, administration, provisioning, management, applications, debugging, and fault finding.
We will also cover how to use the Wildix portal for provisioning PBXs, licensing requirements, trouble tickets, and RMA.

Who should attend training?
Phone and computer technicians of new Wildix partners must attend this training to acquire a basic expertise on how to install and configure a Wildix phone system and its components.

Wildix Field Engineer Expert (W-FEX)

Wildix Field Engineer Expert (W-FEX) is our recommended training for Wildix partners – technicians who completed the Field Engineer (FE) training.

After gaining a solid understanding of the basics of Wildix, it’s time for you to elevate your knowledge to the next level. The purpose of the FEX training is to acquire advanced knowledge on how to install and configure the Wildix communications system.

  • Improved performance during deployments, installations and configurations.

The FEX training is delivered 100% virtually through our eLearning website. You will be invited to watch the selected videos (recommended) and then to take the quiz (required).

The estimated time to complete the program is 8 hours.

  • Dialplan and Advanced Dialplan (Custom apps);
  • WMS Networks configuration;

W-FEX certificate

Upon the successful completion of the W-FEX training, you will earn the W-FEX certificate.

The W-FEX certificate indicates that you are officially recognized by Wildix and our community as a Wildix Tech Wizard: an expert on the Wildix communications system. Your company will be officially recognized as a Wildix Professional and you’ll gain additional visibility through the Wildix website.

Wildix Product Sales Training

Wildix UK is delighted to announce availability of Online Product Sales Training that is designed to help ensure our Partners’ have knowledge of the Wildix solution and offerings at the fullest.

The Wildix UK team will be regularly hosting online sessions for your sales teams, and we would like as many of our trusted Partners to attend.

These sessions will not be hosted in the webinar format, these will be live sessions, where we welcome full interaction from participants, so we can help assist with any knowledge gaps that our Partners may have.

Furloughed employees can engage in training, as long as in undertaking the training the employee does not provide services to, or generate revenue for, or on behalf of their organisation or a linked or associated organisation. Furloughed employees should be encouraged to undertake training.

Where training is undertaken by furloughed employees, at the request of their employer, they are entitled to be paid at least their appropriate national minimum wage for this time. In most cases, the furlough payment of 80% of an employee’s regular wage, up to the value of £2,500, will provide sufficient monies to cover these training hours. However, where the time spent training attracts a minimum wage entitlement in excess of the furlough payment, employers will need to pay the additional wages.
