With the right UCC solution, nothing's impossible
TXT e-solutions is an international leader in supplying software products and strategic solutions to the aerospace, aeronautics, automotive and fintech industries. Today, it counts as a group more than 700 employees spread across Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, the UK and the USA.
“In our previous experiences,” Mr Ingenito told us, “we used VoIP solutions from other brands that were very complex to manage. At that time, I met some Wildix Partners who recommended the Wildix UC&C solution. Not only that, during an event in London, I met managers of some prestigious Italian companies with several thousand Wildix VoIP users, who also had positive feedback and great recommendations.”
This is how Guido Angelo Ingenito, group IT manager at TXT e-solutions, told us he started his adventure with Wildix. TXT e-solutions is an international leader in supplying software products and strategic solutions to the aerospace, aeronautics, automotive and fintech industries. Today, it counts as a group more than 700 employees spread across Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, the UK and the USA. About 14 months before time of writing, the company decided to implement an important program to simplify their technological landscape and optimize business processes. Among the many initiatives that TXT decided to undergo was a switch to VoIP, and the first step was to change their old Siemens system.
TXT was facing many options when the company decided to change their traditional telephone system. After a quick proof of concept, the choice fell on the Wildix solution. This was not only because of the many recommendations they received (one of these coming from SEN Srl, TXT’s official Wildix Partner), but also because of the three main characteristics of the product that immediately won over Mr Ingenito and his team:
- Simplicity of management and use
- Standardized processes that facilitate replicability in new locations and offices
And so, TXT replaced several hundred phones in their Milan office; afterwards, they would go on to further consolidate the solution, extending it to their Berlin office and to the acquired offices that unite the group.
