Wildix AI Transparency
1. AI Transparency
Wildix builds AI into its products, and we also use AI tools to produce the content we publish. This page explains how we use them and how we signal it. It applies to wildix.com, blog.wildix.com and our other web properties (including: blog.wildix.com, www.x-hoppers.com, www.x-bees.com, https://www.wildixpartner.com, https://www.uc-summit.com)
If you are looking for information about the AI features inside Wildix products, how they work and what your responsibilities are when using them, please feel free to reach out at privacy@wildix.com
2. Images and video
We use AI to produce visual content on our websites. This includes article header images, background scenes, environments and settings, and photographic-style compositions used on product and marketing pages.
We do not mark these visuals individually. This page is where we disclose it. If you want to know how a specific image was produced, please feel free to ask us directly at privacy@wildix.com
Photography of our people, our offices, our events and our partners is real photography. Product screenshots show the actual product.
Illustrations, diagrams, charts and icons are design assets. They are not presented as photographs of anything real.
3. Written content
3.1 Product and marketing pages.
When you interact with our SMS program, we may collect the following types of information: Product and marketing pages are written or entirely reviewed by Wildix employees. Where AI tools support research, structuring or drafting, a person reviews the substance before publication.
3.2 Blog and editorial content.
Every article is published under the editorial responsibility of Wildix. Before an article goes live, a person with knowledge of the subject reviews its substance and has the authority to approve, change or reject it. That review covers the accuracy of claims and the reliability of sources. It is not a spell check.
3.3 Where we use AI tools in this process.
Translating published articles into the other languages of our site. Summarising technical documentation for internal use. Producing first drafts of social posts from a published article. Generating scenes and settings for header images. Editing support on text written by a person.
4. What we don't do
- We do not use AI to generate images of people presented as Wildix employees, customers or partners.
- We do not use AI to generate testimonials, quotes or customer statements.
- We do not use AI to produce data, benchmarks or performance figures.
- We do not use AI to alter product screenshots or interface captures in a way that misrepresents how the product works.
- We do not publish articles that no qualified person has reviewed on their substance.
5. AI tools and your data
The AI tools we use to produce marketing and editorial content are separate from the AI Features in Wildix products. Content published on our websites is not produced using customer data, call recordings, messages, transcripts or any information processed by Wildix systems on behalf of our customers. If you have questions about how AI features handle data inside Wildix products, contact your Wildix representative.
6. Working with agencies and contractors
We work with external agencies and contractors on content production. They follow the standards described on this page. Responsibility for what we publish stays with Wildix.
7. Interactive AI
Where you can talk to a Wildix AI agent on our website, you are told at the start of the conversation that you are talking to an AI system and not to a person.
8. Provenance data
Where the tools we use embed machine-readable provenance information in a file, we preserve it through editing and export. We do not remove it.
9. Questions and corrections
Write to privacy@wildix.com if you have a question about how a piece of content was produced, or if you find something inaccurate. We correct published content and note the correction.
We review this page when our practices change.
