Wilma AI reveals MSPs as the new architects of intelligent, vertical‑specific business solutions
Tallinn, Estonia, December 3 — Wildix, a global leader in AI‑powered business communication solutions, today announced the finalists and winners of its first edition of the Wilma AI Contest, a partner-driven initiative held during its regional Partner Days across key global markets.
The contest invited Wildix partners to design and present AI‑powered solutions using Wilma AI, the company’s agentic AI layer embedded across its portfolio, demonstrating how MSPs are evolving into trusted builders of AI‑driven, industry-specific solutions designed to solve clearly defined operational challenges.
The contest showcased how artificial intelligence can move beyond experimentation into practical application, transforming daily business operations through automation, workflow optimization and enhanced customer experiences. Partners developed solutions using voicebots, chatbots, virtual assistants and intelligent automation frameworks that address concrete challenges across industries, without requiring technical or coding expertise.
Driving meaningful AI impact starts with making sure our partners are equipped, confident and continuously upskilled to lead that change. As a 100% channel-only company, our role is to give MSPs the tools, knowledge and structure to become the trusted AI experts in their local markets. Wilma AI and initiatives like this contest show how education and enablement translate directly into intelligent solutions that solve real business challenges.

Empowering Partners and the Impact of No‑Code AI
The Wilma AI Contest highlighted how no‑code AI technology accelerates the development and deployment of intelligent solutions, allowing partners to move from concept to implementation in a matter of weeks. By minimizing technical complexity, Wilma AI supports faster innovation and broader adoption across customer environments, without compromising on security. Its architecture ensures a clear separation between the AI model and customer data, preserving data control, privacy and compliance while delivering real operational impact.
DelGOBot was created in response to very real feedback from our client who could not keep up with their call center's call volume, which ultimately resulted in not being able to deliver the public transportation that their citizens rely on for food and medicine. Seeing elderly and disabled users confidently manage their journeys through simple voice interaction has been incredibly rewarding. With Wilma AI, we were able to deliver a solution that is intuitive, reliable and genuinely improves day-to-day independence, without requiring deep technical expertise on our side.
