European-born UCaaS leader outlines unified ecosystem, dedicated architecture and practical AI designed for SMB realities
Venice, Italy, November 20, 2025 — Wildix, a global leader in AI‑powered unified communications, today announced the conclusion of its inaugural Analyst Day in Venice, unveiling a strategic vision built on European values and a purpose-built, partner-led approach for SMB and mid-market organizations.
Held in early November just miles from where Wildix was founded 20 years ago in Trentino, the two-day event brought together analysts, journalists and strategic partners for the first in-depth look behind a company long recognized for its execution but not always its story. In a market where SMBs demand simplicity, reliability and immediate results without enterprise overhead, Wildix presented a model centered on its strengths: European by design, channel-led by principle and architected as a dedicated, single-tenant platform that meets diverse regulatory, linguistic and operational needs across regions.
The program unveiled a unified product family built on a single platform, Collaboration 7 for everyday teamwork, x‑bees for revenue and customer interaction workflows and x‑hoppers for frontline and retail environments. Together, they remove friction across entire organizations, enabling companies to connect office teams, sales staff and frontline workers through one cohesive system.
Hosting our first Analyst Day was an important step. For 20 years we focused on building, fixing what was broken and supporting the people who rely on our technology every day. We did not always stop to share the full story behind that work. Venice gave us the space to do that, openly and end to end, and to exchange perspectives on how our ecosystem is evolving with the market. It was an important moment to connect who we are with where we are going next.

Throughout the event, Wildix leadership outlined the core themes that define its vision for the next chapter of SMB communications, including:
- Rooted in SMB reality and platform cohesion: Wildix is engineered for organizations where every minute counts: clinics facing morning call surges, retailers balancing stockrooms and customers and sales and service teams juggling leads and escalations. These groups cannot absorb downtime, require minimal steps to onboard and often lack dedicated IT resources. Because all three solutions sit on the same WMS7 architecture and extend through an open API, customers can expand or adapt capabilities without disruption. The unified design delivers fast deployment, minimal steps and a consistent experience across roles while avoiding the integration complexity and fragmented workflows typically faced by SMBs.
- 100% Channel-First Model: Wildix remains fully committed to its strict channel-only model, with more than 1,000 partners worldwide. Partners own the customer relationship end to end, including pricing, billing, deployment and ongoing optimization, while Wildix supports them with platform innovation, training and co-execution. This model provides proximity, specialization and trust for SMBs that value local expertise. It also enables partners to build differentiated, high-value services without conflict or competition from the vendor.
- European Foundation: Wildix's roots in Italy and expansion across France, Germany, the UK, the US and 135 countries, shaped an approach grounded in European expectations for privacy, sovereignty and linguistic diversity. Its dedicated, single-tenant architecture gives every customer full control over data storage, access and auditing, a requirement for healthcare, legal services, public bodies and other regulated mid-market organizations. This European-first DNA also informs the company’s culture: a long-standing, fully remote workforce of 360‑plus people built on flexibility, autonomy and trust, mirroring the distributed work realities its platform supports.
- Practical, Human‑Led AI: Wildix's approach to AI is intentionally practical. Wilma, its agentic AI layer, runs across every solution from the most basic license and is built to simplify the work teams do every day. It handles transcription, summarization, voice and chat workflows and provides real-time context across channels, reducing routine tasks and keeping work moving. Deployments such as RoboReception show the impact: 96% autonomous resolution, fewer bottlenecks and meaningful time returned to staff for higher‑value work.
These themes were also brought to life in Venice by partners and customers. Among them was Dr. Grant McAree, Director of RoboReception, who presented alongside Wildix reseller partner Focus Group on how they collaborate to transform everyday communication in clinics and practices.
Analyst Day was a rare chance to step back and look at the impact of our work together. What stood out was the quality of the exchanges, talking about the work we’re doing, what it means for patients, and how every part of the Wildix ecosystem supports it, from the channel model to the architecture behind it. It highlighted the broader value of what we deliver as an ecosystem.

Building on the direction outlined in Venice, Wildix confirmed that its most significant upcoming product announcement will be unveiled at the Annual Wildix UC&C Summit in January. The release will extend the company’s AI‑embedded UCaaS and CCaaS-lite offerings and vertical capabilities and strengthen its partner‑led ecosystem.
Wildix’s approach has already translated into sustained global growth. Over the last year, the company achieved 33% sustainable revenue growth while maintaining a 96% partner retention rate, demonstrating the strength of its channel-first approach. With 1.2 million active users across 135 countries and a 104% net revenue retention rate, Wildix continues to expand its global footprint while deepening existing customer relationships.
As the platform evolves, Wildix is broadening its capabilities through strategic integrations and an open API, giving partners the ability to embed communications into the workflows people already rely on, without compromise or added complexity.
