Atesia Assicurazioni implements Wildix Unified Communications solution

Atesia Assicurazioni was founded in 2009 by the professionals highly experienced in the insurance industry. Together with Assitrento Assicurazioni, the company founded in 2011, they represent one of the most significant insurance companies in the region, counting overall ten offices on the territory of Trentino and Veneto.

Luca Pasqualetto, the co-owner and co-founder of Atesia Assicurazioni explains that the main necessity of the company was renewing the telephony infrastructure, such as networks, systems, PBXs, since the existing solution proved to be insecure and no longer able to comply with the growing needs of the business. After the detailed examination of the market, the company has chosen Wildix, the company that produces and develops Unified Communication solutions, specialized in VoIP. The installation has been shortly realized by the partner Telefonia Alto Adige.

Wildix VoIP PBX, the Wildix Multimedia System that manages all the internal and external communications of the company was installed in the main office of Atesia in Rovereto (TN). The comprehensive system of Wildix links all the offices situated in Trento, Riva del Garda, Ala, Avio, Mori, Brentonico, Affi, Garda and Folgaria to the main office. Thanks to the WMS Network, the Wildix network for intra-company communications, all the locations are now connected to one fast and secure corporate network.

It didn’t take too long to the Wildix solutions to prove its benefits. According to Luca Pasqualetto, on the highly competitive market of insurance industry, it’s very important to stand out, focusing on key points, such as the quality of the services provided and the attention to the customer. All the calls are charged automatically and you can customize each extension without binding it to the actual location, thanks to the login and logout system associated to the telephone and not to the extension. One more issue to be pointed out is killing the costs of the calls between the users. Movement to VoIP standard allows treating the calls between different offices of one company as the internal communication between the users.
