What was improved first and foremost was our accessibility to customers. No matter where our employees are, the customer now doesn't even notice whether they're in the office or not. Even if you call the customer, they can't see it.

Almost all of my colleagues have installed the app on their smartphone, and this ensures exceptional availability and work continuity. Practically everyone is reachable at any moment.

We needed to visualise the attendance status of all employees because the employees' pre‑established schedules are not communicated to everyone. Also, the user's direct line had to be accessible on a mobile phone in case of travel.

The most important benefit of Wildix, firstly, is presence — knowing you can get hold of somebody when you need to talk to them. In a hospice scenario, if you are a family member trying to phone in, it's so important that they know someone is there to pick up.

The system is intuitive, simple and comprehensive. Certain aspects of it have been beneficial for our work. On the one hand, comprehensive cordless coverage has undoubtedly facilitated the work for our employees, who are now free to move around whilst remaining available at the same extension number, wherever they happen to be.
