The Interview Process

We believe the best hiring decisions come from meaningful conversations between people. While we use modern technology and AI-powered tools to make our recruitment process more efficient and consistent, our hiring decisions are always made by people.

We aim to make our interview process as simple, transparent, and respectful as possible. While the process may vary depending on the role, we generally aim to:

Make every interview meaningful, involving the right people at the right stage
Minimize the time between interviews and keep the process moving
Use skills assessments only when they are relevant to the role and help us better understand your capabilities
Make decisions based on the full picture — including your skills, experience, motivation, and conversations with our team

For video interviews
For a remote video interview, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer with a working webcam, an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, and a suitable headset and microphone.
We also recommend joining the interview from a quiet place with a stable internet connection so that you and the interviewer can have a smooth conversation without unnecessary interruptions.
