Wildix Americas Accelerates Growth with Strong First Quarter

Press release

Columbus, Ohio. (May 13, 2020) – Wildix, developer of the first web-based unified communications and collaboration solution, today announced a 50% increase in the number of partners recruited in the Americas in the first quarter of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019. This represents Q1 growth of 8.5% in Wildix Americas partner network established in 2016. The company now has more than 110 partners in the Americas and more than 1.2 million users globally.

“Secure, unified communications has never been more important than it is today” said Robert Cooper, Managing Director of North America. “Even before the pandemic forced massive shifts in communication patterns, we were seeing significant growth in partner recruitment and platform adoption as organizations seek to streamline communications and enable greater collaboration across global teams.”

The Wildix unified communications platform brings together desktop and mobile voice, video, chat and email through a single, easy-to-navigate interface. The company stands out in the current communications environment through its secure design and partner-centric approach to growth.

The web-based Wildix platform is built using WebRTC to immunize the platform from malware attacks and ensure secure data transmission. The company also has industry-leading privacy policies. Communications data is never used for ad tracking and recorded conferences are private by default.

Wildix sells the platform exclusively through its partner network to eliminate the conflicts that have become common as other providers increase their focus on direct sales. Wildix partners deliver the platform through a communications-as-a-service model that yields recurring revenue. Key partners added in the first quarter of 2020 include:

To help businesses of all sizes better adapt to the sudden changes caused by the COVID-19 virus, Wildix offered the platform for free to new users for a period of six months.
