Partners from the U.S. and Canada met Wildix's leadership in Fort Lauderdale to give the channel a direct voice in Wildix's AI direction
Columbus, OH — September 22nd, 2026 — Wildix, a global leader in AI‑powered Unified Communications solutions, held its first North American Partner Advisory Board in early September in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, bringing together leading partners from the United States and Canada with the company’s leadership team.
The format is deliberate. Wildix sells entirely through partners, who work directly with customers every day.
The Advisory Board gives that experience a formal route into the company: partners bring what they are hearing from customers, Wildix executives respond in the room, and the discussion feeds into the company’s planning. Attending for Wildix were Chief Commercial Officer Jason Uslan, Americas General Manager Jeff Winnett, CIO Vitaliy Yarynych and CMO Emiliano Tomasoni.
The discussion centered on what AI is doing to the role of the channel. As the technology becomes more accessible, most businesses have moved past the question of whether to adopt it. What they now need to work out is where AI solves a real operational problem, how to implement it, and how to tell whether it delivered measurable value. Those questions depend on how a specific company runs, and a vendor cannot answer them one customer at a time.
Partners can. They work closely enough with the business to understand its processes and its operational constraints, which puts them in a position to judge which AI capabilities are worth deploying and where. As the underlying technology becomes widely available, that judgment becomes the scarce part.
This meeting created the kind of direct, practical dialogue that partners value. Our customers are hearing a great deal about AI, but they need help separating possibility from priority. Having the opportunity to share what we are seeing in the market, and to understand how those perspectives will inform Wildix's next steps, makes this collaboration more meaningful.

Co-CEO of ET&T and Wildix's first partner spokesperson
Participants shared use cases across customer care, technical support, reception and call handling, sales, lead qualification and contact center operations. A recurring theme was that AI works best as a layer running across unified communications, present at every point where the company talks to its customers. Treated as an isolated feature bolted onto the platform, it sees only a fraction of what happens.
Capacity was the clearest opportunity discussed. Demand for customer interactions routinely grows faster than a company’s ability to hire. AI can extend a team’s reach by handling routine interactions, qualifying requests, providing first-level assistance and escalating more complex situations to employees, who are then free for the conversations that need judgment. Gartner has reported that 85% of surveyed customer-service leaders planned to explore or pilot customer-facing conversational generative AI in 2025, while 87% of customers said companies using generative AI for customer service should still provide access to a human agent.
Our partners are close to the day-to-day pressures their customers face, from managing higher interaction volumes to improving responsiveness without simply adding headcount. Our responsibility is to listen carefully and be clear about where we will act and why. As we develop our direction around AI, that dialogue gives us a stronger basis for helping partners deliver practical solutions to customers.
Jason Uslan
Chief Commercial Officer
The meeting produced a set of joint actions with partners to accelerate awareness and adoption of Wilma AI and Wildix’s broader AI‑powered communications capabilities, focused on showing where the technology solves concrete business problems. The Fort Lauderdale discussion now carries into Wildix’s global Partner Advisory Board on Oct. 15 in London, where top partners from around the world will bring their own market feedback to the same table.
