The 3 switchboard operators, in charge of receiving calls, are subject to a limited response time, because this standard requires very strict quality requirements. Thanks to CDR-View, whose access is restricted to a single person in the company, SMICVAL can now extract data relating to telephone traffic and adjust the schedule of its switchboard operators accordingly, for an improved customer relationship.
