  • Fixed an issue when recordings saved to data storage could not be downloaded on mobile.
  • Resolved an issue in which ACL «Predefined Advanced settings» was enabled in Collaboration app, though PBX was not yet upgraded to WMS 6.04 and the app version was 5.13.06 or higher, which led to impossibility to edit some Advanced settings.

    • How to:
  • Added the possibility to predefine the Advanced settings on mobile via PBX, so that users have the same configurations of the Collaboration app on their mobile phones
    • Note:
      • by default, editing Advanced settings is allowed. Once forbidden, the Advanced settings controlled by PBX are greyed out on users’ mobile apps and editing is not possible. For all parameters that are not explicitly defined by admin, default values are used for all users who have the corresponding ACL
    • How to:

  • Added possibility to configure an automatic Direct Call (call via Mobile network) for certain numbers (e.g. 112 emergency number) for all PBX users

  • Made improvements to the welcome message which is sent to a mobile user, by adding PBX domain to the download app link, so that the PBX domain is inserted automatically during login.

  • NB! Audio source priority in the app changed to “phone”, in case a Bluetooth headset is connected:
    • by default “phone” is used as the audio source
    • if the user chooses BT during a call, the preference is saved and the next time the call is routed via BT device (even if it was turned off and then turned on again)
    • these changes do not apply for those who are using Native calls support beta feature

Important! Starting from Android Collaboration version 3.7, Android API level was updated. On Android 7 or higher, there is a need to activate “Do Not Disturb access” option to disable interruption of VoIP call in case of incoming GSM call. After the app upgrade to the version 3.7 or higher, you will receive notification to proceed with activation.
