Strategic Pricing for Future Growth
We’re evolving with strategic price adjustments, effective from February 2024. This change aligns with the high value our solutions offer, as recognised by the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™. A detailed price list has been emailed to all webinar attendees. The updates include a reduction in CLASSOUND and a company data storage optimisation option, available in different packages for selection. There will be no changes in the pricing for HWaaS, x-bees and x-hoppers.

Also new, teams4Wildix now supports full two-way presence syncing with Collaboration.
CLASSOUND is expanding with extended CNAM in Germany and additional countries, plus extended two-way SMS capabilities in multiple regions and virtual DIDs for outbound numbers.
We introduced new x-bees AI features, including real-time transcription services for instant speech-to-text conversion and seamless saving of summaries and transcriptions directly into CRM systems. Additionally, the platform now offers sentiment analysis, an AI assistant for streamlined user interaction, and enhanced chat visibility for an improved user experience.
We also unveiled new phone models – WelcomeConsole, Start, WorkForce, and the newly introduced ForcePro, all available as HWaaS starting February 2024. All previous phone models will continue to be available. These offerings can be acquired as
Opex, and importantly, Capex options are also available. Further details on the replacement options for older models will be communicated in Q2 through the SFPC.
In 2024, we’ll launch a specialised DECT phone for explosive gas environments like mining and petrochemical industries. This addition to the W-AIR family, like LifeSaver, supports lone worker alarms and is ATEX and IECEx compliant.
