It began in Trentino, just north of Venice, two brothers, Steve and Dimitri, a few late nights over Guinness, and a belief that business communication should be simpler, secure, faster, and above all, more human.
Twenty years later, that belief has become Wildix, connecting thousands of companies across 135 countries and redefining how communication drives business.
Now, in Venice, where stories, trade and ideas have crossed for centuries, the masks come off.
This isn’t about a big announcement, or a show down. It’s about opening the curtain on who we are, what we’ve built and where we’re going next. A closer look at the people, the thinking and the purpose behind every product.
This is two days of honest conversation, and a little prosecco to keep it even more unfiltered Welcome to Venice.Welcome behind the scenes.
#WildixIsCalling
Let’s Catch Up…
Some of you know Wildix like an old friend. Some of you have been watching us from the sidelines, wondering what the fuss is about. And some of you… well, this might be your very first proper hello.
Wherever you fall, this e-book is your backstage pass, ten(ish) things to catch you up before the masks fall in Venice. Not the full play (you’ll get that live), but enough to see why we’re here, why we’re still here after 20 years, and why this next act matters.
Brothers Dimitri and Steve Osler share a passion for challenging the status quo of business communications. In 2005, they founded Wildix with a bold vision: to strip away the complexity of legacy phone systems and create tools that help people work smarter, not harder.
Brings the commercial drive and international vision that have fueled Wildix’s global expansion. As a former system integrator, he understands the everyday realities of the channel, a perspective that rooted the decision from day one to build Wildix as 100% partner-first. With a strong background in sales, leadership, and customer engagement, he ensures innovation translates into business value, building lasting partnerships and a culture of growth across markets.
Leads Wildix’s product strategy and innovation. With a background in software engineering, he was among the first to bring WebRTC and AI into UC&C, shaping solutions that are advanced yet intuitive. His focus has always been on designing technology that removes complexity and empowers businesses to communicate seamlessly.
He drives Wildix’s global channel strategy and partner engagement. With 20+ years in UC&C, he is recognized for building partner-first ecosystems that deliver sustainable growth. Before joining Wildix, he scaled the channel program for RingCentral across Europe. Brought on in 2024, Jason has already led Wildix into its biggest two years to date. Under his leadership, the company has achieved record-breaking MRR growth and a 100% partner-led expansion in 2025, proving his conviction that the channel isn’t around the business, it is the business.
Built Wildix’s marketing department and oversees global brand activity. His work has supported growth initiatives across the channel, from awareness campaigns to the introduction of vertical solutions such as x-hoppers. At Analyst Day, Emiliano will walk you through Wildix’s positioning and how we communicate our story to the market, providing context for the broader vision you’ll hear from leadership.
He leads teams building scalable UCaaS and CCaaS solutions that deliver real impact across EMEA, North America, and beyond. With 10+ years of experience, from startups to enterprises like RingCentral and Sprinklr, Stewart is known for using technology to elevate customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
Connects product innovation with real business needs, turning launches like x-bees and x-hoppers into global success stories. Fluent in four languages, she bridges cultures and markets with the same ease she bridges technology and partners, a skill that keeps Wildix’s story relevant whether the conversation starts in Milan, Madrid or Miami. With a partner-first mindset, Elena ensures Wildix’s solutions are positioned to deliver clarity, connection, and measurable impact.
Alberto Benigno
CRO of x-hoppers, and Founder of Sales Elevate Lab
Has over a decade of experience driving global growth through sales, business development, and strategic leadership. At Wildix, he spearheads revenue strategies, while through Sales Elevate Lab he delivers practical, results-focused training that equips teams to win. At Analyst Day, Alberto will walk you through our retail vertical, x-hoppers, showing how AI-driven communication is reshaping the frontline and delivering measurable results in one of the world’s toughest industries.
Meet Wilma, Wildix’s AI-powered colleague, built on our Agentic AI framework to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Always on and context-aware, she handles the routine: logging calls, updating CRMs, routing requests, so people can focus on what matters. Already supporting teams across retail, healthcare, and public services, Wilma shows how AI can make communication faster, smarter, and more human.
Brings the perspective of both entrepreneur and end customer. As a practicing dentist, he saw firsthand how missed calls meant missed patients — and built a solution to fix it. Today, RoboReception is one of the UK’s fastest-growing healthcare software companies, and through its joint deployment with Wildix, has transformed how clinics handle calls. During Analyst Day, he will share the results of that deployment and what it means for the future of AI for industries with bottlenecks.
Kate is a Business Development Manager in the telecommunications industry, specialising in hosted telephony and AI-driven communication. As a Wildix reseller, she focuses on helping businesses adopt smarter, more efficient ways to connect. With a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation, Kate bridges technology, partnerships, and growth opportunities in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
