90% of our equipment comes from abroad, and our after sales support is fundamental for our business. This entails having technicians travelling to each country and then getting in touch with the main headquarters for support and technical assistance.
For this reason call costs for our company were very high. Thanks to the installation of a Wildix system we have cut down on our costs by at least 50%, and have introduced a new, faster system of communication between our collaborators abroad and the main headquarters, thanks to Unified Communications and Smartphone Apps.”
Established in the late Seventies thanks to the idea and experience of Alessandro Masotti, Electronic Systems is an Italian multinational company which deals with systems for the production of plastic and rubber, providing some of the most advanced solutions for monitoring and control.

The expiration of the leasing of the old system of communication, which caused problems because by then obsolete, pushed Electronic Systems to find once again a cutting edge solution. In September of 2014, thanks to the collaboration with INFONET, a company from Turin which offers the most innovative solutions for company management and communications with the outside, Electronic Systems has chosen to install a Wildix system: two PBXs, one WGW90 and one WGW40, approximately sixty Wildix phones both deskphones and cordless ones, and the acquisition of all the Unified Communication licenses which would make it possible for the collaborators to communicate during their time abroad, reducing costs and making the handling of support to clients easier.
The data says it all: reducing communication costs by 50% with Wildix is a real possibility.
