\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAs we walk towards the building where to set up the interview, we know we\u2019re in the right place \u2014 there\u2019s a stunning brick building with Live & Breathe along the glass-fronted corner and a large glass atrium. It\u2019s the sort of innovative design that sets Live & Breathe apart from the get-go. Darren Mallett is the IT director for the agency. He gives us a quick introduction to the agency, noting its three offices: Leeds, London and Amsterdam. \n\t\t\t\t\u201cThe system we had in place previously was old, very antiquated,\u201d says Darren. \u201cThe interface was difficult to use \u2014 it happened to be a piece of hardware on-site. With a number of outages across all of our offices, we had no communication with the outside world. And it wasn't just the external cables that were causing the problem \u2014 it was the internal hardware because of the age of it. It was failing on a regular basis.\u201d\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWith that all in mind, Darren explains his rationale for choosing Wildix through Yoozoom. \n\u201cWe did look at a number of brands and different vendors,\u201d he says. \u201cWe eventually decided to go with Wildix through Yoozoom. We used Wildix because when it was demonstrated to us by Yoozoom, it was very simple \u2014 the interface was much more simple than we were currently using and a lot simpler than a lot of the other solutions that were out there. When I look at systems it is based on a number of factors: cost, usability, and more importantly for me, its post-sales service.
