Imagicle Blue’s Enterprise 4 is the most advanced solution for telephone traffic control and monitoring, both for single-site and distributed companies, starting with a few dozen phone extensions up to an unlimited number of extensions and sites.
Web based, it lets you perform any kind of analysis on outgoing, incoming and internal calls, through pre-set and ready-to-use reports and dashboards that can be customized with filters and groupings. You can also receive statistics via e-mail in PDF or MS Excel format, at the desired frequency.
Blue’s Enterprise 4 is included in the Imagicle ApplicationSuite with all the other apps of the suite, available as a setup package for installation on any virtual machine/physical server or through a ready-to-deploy Virtual Appliance. It is also available in standalone mode for specific and small environments.
WILDIX – IMAGICLE BLUE’S ENTERPRISE 4 INTEGRATION
Blue’s Enterprise 4 offers dozens of reports are ready for use and can be customized with the details you need, allowing you to perform any kind of analysis on outgoing, incoming external and internal calls made via the your Wildix PBX.
It receives the raw CDR from the Wildix PBX through FTP/SFTP protocol and correctly associates the user to a call by matching a user extension number and the CDR partition. It fully supports overlapping dialplans over different partitions.
Note: Currently not available for Wildix Cloud PBX
