\u201cPeople who can are working at home using the Wildix phone app,\u201d Mr. Malone said. \u201cWith the app, you can just turn yourself online and all your office phone calls come to your cell phone, just like you\u2019re at your desk. That way, customers don\u2019t get that message about being forwarded to another number. It\u2019s also nice that when employees make phone calls from the Wildix system it appears that they\u2019re in the office, even when they\u2019re not.\u201d<\/div>
He added, \u201cRight now, we\u2019re in a situation where a portion of our staff is not in the office, so being able to answer an email from them and say \u2018download this app and sign in, I\u2019ll change your settings and your phone will work just like you\u2019re at your desk.\u2019 That\u2019s not something we thought we would use a ton of,\u00a0but it turns out, it was a really great thing to have.<\/strong>\u201d<\/div>
On a day-to-day basis, the system has proven to be a highly capable means of streamlining collaboration between offices and employees, even with how far apart they can be across the vast Montana and Wyoming regions.<\/div>
\u201cWildix improves communication just by being able to reach our far-flung locations easily,\u201d Mr. Malone said. \u201cIt\u2019s also got great flexibility;\u00a0being able to change, to grow, to add on, that\u2019s been amazing.\u201d<\/strong><\/div>
