How to use transfer feature by phone

• With transfer on hang up new feature, the behaviour of the phone to complete the call transfer procedure has been modified so you can hang up the handset, headset or speaker instead of pressing “Transf” softkey.

Thus making a transfer can resume as follows:

• a) When you want to make a blind transfer

1. Press “Transf” softkey
2. Dial a number
3. Press the “Transf” softkey again or hang up the handset, headset or speaker.

• b) When you want to make an attended transfer

1. Press “Transf” soft key
2. Dial a number
3. Press OK or wait for the dial-out timeout
4. Once the correspondent answers the phone
5. Press the “Transf” softkey again or hang up the handset, headset or speaker.
