Call Details Record

CDR's are the report of all calls done from ot to the WILDIX PBX. There are sveral format available for CDR's:

1. Sqlite
2. CSV file
3. MySQL

Enable CDR

Configure CDR's with CSV

Remote device mounted or hard disk needed

Configure CDR's with MySQL

Configure CDR's to use BLUE'S

In order to use BLUE'S software it is necessary to configure cdr in CVS format. The CDR's must be written on a remote device mounted with Samba (a shared windows folder). BLUE's will get data from there

View CDR on WMS

Once configured, CDR's are showed in View CDR menu
