What does autoprovisioning do and what telephones are supported

Autoprovisioning is a powerful feature that permit you to autoconfiugure telephones. On WMS release 1.2.XXX the following telephones are supported:

1. Snom 300
2. Snom 320
3. Snom 360
4. Thomson 2022 (require previously upgrade to firmware 3.57)
5. Thomson 2030

Prepare WMS to use autoprovisioning

In order to use autoprovisioning it is necessary to activate dhcp on the WMS system. Wildix PBX must be the only dhcp server on your LAN to use autoprovisioning feature. To activate dhcp server go to System--> Dhcp Options as showed below

Single autoprovisioning

Massive autoprovisioning

It is possible to do the provisioning on up to 20 phones at time. To do that just select target accounts from the list, then select multi add autoprovisioning' and associate mac address with account name

Swap numbers

Often you realize in the middle of an installation that your telephone with MAC 000413XXXXX got the number 202 but actually you want to assign it number 220 used by telephone with MAC 000413YYYYY. To swap accounts just select them then personal information multiedit. Now you can swap easily the numbers and save
